Panache - About Us

We, a party of three American ladies ranging in age from 25 to 78 with substantial travel experience contacted Panache through mutual friends in India to assist us in preparing our 3-week projected visit to India in February and March of this year (2005). We provided them with a rough outline of the sights andexperiences we

thought appropriate to our interest and he exceeded our high expectations.

In working with Mr. Chauhan ( Panache-Jaipur ) on our travel program, we found him highly personable and professionally competent. He made our "normal" tourist visit to India with all the unexpected complications into "a great adventure" of very positive experiences of both ancient and modern India, for which we are most appreciative.

Throughout our travels, Mr. Chauhan maintained frequent contact with us. He effectively assured that all aspects of our trip proceeded as programmed. He made adjustments on a timely basis when requested. He pesonally oversaw transportation, accomodations, on-site tours, special evening events, and a host of other details, to our immense satisfaction.

We highly recommend Panache to anyone seeking an informative, exciting, and stimulating tour of India personally supervised by a true professional. The trip is very nice for us, especially the camel safari , we like Jaisalmer best than other cities. The camel safari is a splendid experience for us, I really enjoyed and want to go there again in the future.

The trip was great, Laddakh is indeed more beautiful than any place I have ever been to before. The people there are just as beautiful. Winter was also the ideal time to go there as there were no hordes of tourists dogging every step of our way ;)
Everything was clockwork ! We got picked up at the Airport by Mrs. Lobzung and she was always there for the rest of our stay there. She was warm and very knowledgeable, and most importantly very accommodating of the changes in the travel plans we desired. We also had the pleasure of attending her younger sister's marriage, it was exceedingly kind of her to let us do so.
The hotel accommodation was also very fine. But what was more memorable was the overnight stay we had in Alchi in a local house with a wood heater !

Now that we are back at home in Chile, I want to give you feed-back on our trip to India, that you kindly organizad at our daughter Camila's request.

We are really in love with your beautiful country, and the whole trip that you arranged for us completely met our expectations. Furthermore, you and your colleague Manish in Delhi, understood perfectly what we wanted, both of you were always available and willing to solve our requests, questions, doubts. This is so important when you are traveling for over a month like we were, and in need of support. There wasn't a single step of our trip that was not perfect, and when there was a minor doubt or insatisfaction, you or Manish were there to solve everything immediately. I want to thank you for this, but also to congratulate both of you if I may, because it is not often that you find service that is provided with this level of efficiency, good will, and insight.

I also want to add a word for Mahesh, our driver, guide, translator,facilitator, who took us from Dharamsala to Rishikesh, in a lovely trip where he not only drove the vehicle, but explained and added information that enriched our whole journey.

Thank you again, Loveleen and Manish, we hope to be so fortunate to be able to go back to India once more, because there is much more we would like to see. If that is the case, we will certainly come back to you for support and guidance.
