The South of India is dotted with some cool, mist-shrouded hill stations. This trip offers the three that are the very best and each with a distinct character of its own; Ooty, Kodaikanal and Munnar.

Arrive Bangalore and drive to Mysore (3 hours). You will be met on arrival and be driven to Mysore where on arrival you will
check into your hotel. In the afternoon visit Mysore Palace and later the temple and the huge Nandi Bull on Chamaundi Hill.

Mysore to Ooty (4/5 hours). This morning you will be driven to Ooty, nestled in the Nilgiri Hills. On arrival you will check into your
hotel and in the afternoon you will visit the Botanical Gardens, the Ooty Lake and Dodabetta Peak, the highest point in the region. |

Visit Coonoor. Take the toy train to Coonoor today for the experience. Coonoor has a climate that is milder than Ooty and it stays
pleasant through the year. Vantage points, namely, Lamb’s Rock, Lady Canning’s Seat and Dolphin’s Nose offer splendid views of the
countryside. |

Ooty to Kodaikanal (7 hours). In the morning you will set out for Kodaikanal where on arrival you will check into your hotel. The rest
of the day will be at leisure and you may wish to perhaps enjoy a boat ride in the star shaped lake or take a stroll around it. |

In Kodaikanal. Tour Kodai today, visiting the Bryant Park, which is a riot when flowers are abloom, take a walk on Coaker’s Walk that
winds its way around the town, view Pillar Rocks and visit the picturesque Silver Cascade waterfalls. |

Depart Kodaikanal. In the morning you will checkout and be transferred for your onward journey. |
|
|
Alternatively, you may wish to extend your trip and be driven to Munnar, set amidst sprawling tea gardens and
pleasant environs through the year. |

| Kodaikanal to Munnar (6 hours). After breakfast you will travel to Munnar in Kerala where on arrival you will check into your hotel
and the rest of the afternoon will be at leisure. |
|

In Munnar. You will visit some of the sights of Munnar today. Start with a visit to the old Christ Church in the centre of the town that is
charming and has some wonderful stained glass panels. Visit the Mattupetty Lake and Dam and then the Eravikulam Park, where you can
find the Nigiri Tahr (Ibex). |

Munnar to Cochin (4 hours). Depart. In the morning you will be driven to Cochin in time to connect for your return journey. |
|
|
You may choose to stay a night in Cochin and explore the coastal city and then depart on Day 9. |
