The holiday season is upon us…that glorious stretch between autumn’s end and the new year where everyone’s busy crafting their own version of seasonal magic. It has been heartbreaking to see the plight of Sri Lanka over the past week. The impact floods have had on numerous communities is immeasurable and our hearts go out to those affected and our peers in the the Sri Lankan travel industry, who (under normal cicumstances) should be gearing up to welcome travellers from around the world for their peak season. They crave experiences that spark their curiosity, adventure that challenges but doesn’t overwhelm, and spaces that stoke the fires of their existing curiosities.

Think long weekends that linger for days, where awe-inspiring temples meet the cuisine of legend, and the spirit of the Chettiyars and Brahmin communities lives on in immersive stays and soulful local experiences.
What do you seek in a holiday? The answers vary for our travellers: nature’s awe, authentic cultural immersion, wellness, and exceptional cuisine. May we introduce you to an island that has it all: Tasmania, Australia.
Crew of four needed only seven minutes, a truck-mounted lift, blowtorches, glass cutters, and scooters to pull off what’s already being called the heist of the century at The Louvre.
But even as these jewels disappear from public view, France’s other crown jewels remain gloriously open: the Palaces.
When Michelin announced in April 2024 that it would start awarding Keys—the hotel world’s answer to the iconic Michelin Stars—the global travel industry collectively straightened its tie. Finally, there was a benchmark that celebrated not square footage or chandelier counts, but something far rarer: soul, intention, and quiet perfectionism

True adventure goes beyond checklists and objectivity … to some it’s chasing the thunder of the Great Migration, drifting quietly through river forests, or searching for big cats across ancient stones. Sometimes, it’s feeling the ocean’s pulse from the edge of a lost island.
How we travel matters as much as where we go. ‘Our Way’ means steering away from the obvious into the truly experiential: private evenings in Florentine palazzos, meals locals won’t let on about, and touches of luxury that tread lightly on their surroundings.
